Since I don’t have much time anymore to bake and all, I tried to do something quicker and simple such as these Peppermint creams! They are so easy to make and fun to do!

Ingredient:

  • 300g icing sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp peppermint essence
  • green food colouring (optional)

How to make:

  1. Lightly whisk the white egg.
  2. add the icing sugar bit by bit until it’s getting hard to whisk it with the whisker.
  3. add the peppermint essence (try it, if it not enough, add more!)
  4. finish mixing with your hand.
  5. If you wish to colour it, colour it now.
  6. keep adding the icing sugar until its in a form of a dough.
  7. roll out the dough to the thickness of 1cm.
  8. using the cookie cutter, cut out the dough and lay it at the baking paper until its dry.

There you go~ Hope you’ll have fun making them! you can change the flavour and even the colouring that will suit your mood of the day!
