Christmas Decoration

Sorry guys!!!! I know it has been forever since my last blog but I was very busy with everything!!! With Christmas party, my dad’s birthday and other stuff. So without further ado, these are my creation!

Some of them are probably the same from before, but that’s because I wanted to finish the icing paste thing that I made from before. Also I really love the Christmas wreath, so I did it again ~

I was going to make a huge Christmas tree with this one, but then mum said that nobody wants to eat a gulp of fat icing sugar… so I made this instead.

This one is my Christmas tree actually… but looks like a coconut tree instead, so it’s tropical Christmas! Cos we don’t have snow here.

Christmas Spirit!

Hello world!

Christmas is near!!! Super near!!!! And the weather today, hot The weatherman said that we will get a huge thunderstorm… and so far it has been a big fat lie!!! I want rain rain rain!!!! Anyway, like what I said yesterday, I have an assignment to make more than 40 cupcakes with Christmas as the theme~ Made the cuppies yesterday and today, to decorate them~

Put so much effort this year, and I came up with four different patterns

Christmas Wreath

Christmas Mistletoe

Silver Snowflake

Christmas Tree

And this is what it looks like!!!!!! PRETTY!!!!!

Just be happy when you’re in a middle of decorating, cos it will shown on your work in the end~

Christmas Decoration~

Hi guys~

Today was another good weather. Wet in the morning, cloudy for the rest of the day. I am expecting sunny sun hot weather when I’m back in Brisbane. But so far it has been either rainy nor cloudy, which the perfect weather for me Loving it!

Anyway, no baking today. But I have an assignment due on the 24th. To make more than 40 cupcakes with Christmas theme. So I had been googling pictures of Christmas cupcakes and looking up my cupcake books. I love pretty pictures, so it was not that hard to find some recipe and decoration inspiration

So, what I found is that Christmas has always been associated with fruit cake. Almost most of them are using wine. But since we’re planning to give these cuppies to kids, I’m trying to make it alcohol free or kids friendly~ dont want to get in trouble with the parents. Still with the theme of fruit cake, I’m going to make cake from different dried fruit that I could find, like cherry cupcake, strawberry cupcake, apricot cupcake, and many more. So I can give them more variation instead of just one taste of cake

Decoration, so far I had fun playing with sugar paste today. Roll and ball~

So, I made these stars for decoration. They are not done yet. Still waiting for them to get dry. Then tomorrow I can colour them.

And I made snow mans! There’s 12 of them, but this is what it looks like

So pretty and cute! so proud with it. Need a better picture tho

So the plan is that, tomorrow night will start baking, then leave them overnight and decorate them te next day fun!
