Hi guys,

I know that  I haven’t been writing for ages. but I am still baking and making many different things. I just cant be bothered to post it, sorry~

But do not worry, I come up with another challenge. This time I will put a list of cakes that I want to make. and I will give my self a time limit for 3 months. so the task should be finish by the end of may. I just bought this baking book called “Baking bible” by Penguin book.  It has 500 different kind of recipes in it. therefore most of cake will be coming from this book since I am so excited about using and trying out the recipe.

and this is the list:

• Apple & Cinnamon cake
• Cappuccino choc-chip muffin
• Caramel cake
• Caramel slice
• Chocolate mousse cake
• Coconut ice slice
• Fruit salad cake
• Fruit salad muffins
• Ham and Cheese slice
• Individual baked alaskas
• Marshmallow fingers
• One-pot brownies
• Orange cake
• Passionfruit finger
• Rocky road
• Spiced jumbles
• Vanilla butter drops

So that’s 17 different kind of desserts. so cant wait to actually make them and ill try to make a video of it everytime i make them.

Hello world!

I have always been inlove with being creative and making something and baking is my escape from everyday life. I just got out from a very long relationship with a guy that I really love. As everyone know, breaking up is not an easy thing to get it over with. I have been crying my eyes out in the past days until I saw the movie “Julie/Julia”. That movie inspired me to move on. to keep me busy and occupy with life andat the same time keep challenging my self to be better and improve. that’s my purpose of this blog.

The Challenge therefore: To bake or cook something different everyday and post it. I am not going to give a due date for how long and how many type of dish that i need to create. at the moment, one aday is enouh for me.

and let’s the challenge begin!
